Traitway provides its services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions. If you visit or make a purchase on Traitway.com, you accept these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Upon use of any Traitway Service, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions. “Traitway Service” means the Content, Products, and Support Service, either collectively or in any combination.

When you visit www.traitway.com or send e-mails to us (Traitway), you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site.
 
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
 

COPYRIGHT

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Traitway and protected by copyright laws.

The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Traitway, with copyright authorship for this collection by Traitway, and protected by copyright laws.

You DO NOT have the right to re-sell any material you might have acquired freely or through a purchase without written permission from Traitway.
 

TRADEMARKS

Traitway and www.traitway.com trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not Traitway, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Traitway or the www.traitway.com website.

All other trademarks not owned by Traitway or its subsidiaries that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by Traitway or its subsidiaries.

LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

Traitway grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download(other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of Traitway.

This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices, any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of Traitway.

You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of Traitway and its associates without express written consent.

You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Traitway name or trademarks without the express written consent of Traitway. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Traitway.

You may not use any of Traitway or www.traitway.com logo, Registered Business Name, or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of a link, public/ private video content, screen casts, personal blog’s, product endorsement without express written permission.

SUPPORT

All support questions will be answered in around 8 business hours from the initial contact.

Support is provided to customers who have purchased Traitway products on www.traitway.com only. The registered email address that was used for purchasing Traitway products needs to be used to contact Traitway Support.

You can expect support for pre-sales queries, installation & configuration issues, version updating, and any other type of issues you face with the Traitway plugins.

All support questions must be submitted via our help desk at Traitway Customer Support.

We DO NOT offer support to customers that have purchased our extensions anywhere other than Traitway, www.traitway.com.

If a customer is found to have downloaded, obtained any of Traitway products from another source, the source of the download, distribution of Traitway files are in breach of its Copyright & Website License terms, all matters will be investigated under the Copyright Laws.

Providing information or assistance with the plugin code customization based on your specific business need is NOT part of our plugin support.

TERMS OF SUPPORT

Under the terms of Support, we must be granted administration access to the Website, or access via FTP in which our product was installed.
If a customer denies access to the Website in which our Product was installed we can not offer any Support, therefore any claims to our Product “not working” will be deemed null and void.

If The Client’s website has technical coding, defects, damage, or hosting problems not caused by Traitway; Traitway will not be able to offer Support or Fix the Client’s Website.

LICENSE PURCHASE AND RENEWALS

Traitway will be providing 3 months of free support on any purchase. For further support we have plans accordingly.

Traitway product purchase entitles you with an Annual License that includes “Updates”. The license needs to be renewed after 1 year for continued updates.

Traitway plugins offer the license for a single site, up to 5 sites, and up to 25 sites.

The annual license renewal is at a full cost as the plugins are priced at a minimum cost and come with the best product quality and quick support.  

Although, after a year, the plugin would continue to work in the same environment where it was installed without the renewal, it is recommended that the plugin is kept up to date in order for it to work seamlessly with latest WordPress and WooCommerce versions and to get access to the new features that are released periodically.

An expired license will result in :

    No download access for the product/products from your Traitway Account Dashboard
    No updates available via the WordPress admin area

EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our product and immediate delivery via email, download link, or Traitway account download access, we do not exchange Products or Platforms.

It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase the correct product and Traitway WILL NOT exchange/swap your extension for any other extension.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT

If you use the Traitway site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

If you have forgotten your password, then you can create a new password by resetting it. Follow the following steps for resetting your password:

    Go to Traitway.com and click on MY ACCOUNTS
    Enter your Username and click on Lost your password?
    You will receive a password reset mail on your registered e-mail id, you can reset it from there.

If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

Traitway, www.traitway.com, and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

ACCOUNT/SERVICE/SUPPORT TERMINATION

We Traitway www.traitway.com have the right to terminate your account for any reason, at any time, without notice, at our discretion.

Reasons accounts are terminated:

    Repeated violations of the Terms of Conditions
    A single case of severe abuse (such as predatory behavior, threats, abuse or spam)
    Accounts dedicated to a policy violation (hate speech, harassment, impersonation, etc)
    Traitway demands a very high level of respect and professionalism from its employees and business partners, in turn, we expect the same level of respect from our customers, no level of harassment, abuse or threats will be tolerated in our Support area.`

Upon termination of an account, all valid product license keys will be removed, all support will be terminated.

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, EMAILS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam.”

You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Traitway reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content, but does not regularly review posted content.

If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Traitway, www.traitway.com and its associates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.

You grant Traitway, www.traitway.com, and its associates and sublicensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content if they choose.

You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post: that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Traitway, www.traitway.com or its associates for all claims resulting from content you supply.

Traitway has the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any activity or content. Traitway takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted by you or any third party.
DOWNLOADS/PRODUCTS

Products sold for download through www.traitway.com are the sole work of Traitway and are provided “as-is” with no expressed or implied warranty or suitability claims. As the buyer, you accept all responsibility for all outcomes from installing and/or using the downloads sold through www.traitway.com by Traitway.

Extensions sold at www.traitway.com are tested on the standard WordPress environment using the standard Themes built into the core and are duly tested prior to release on the latest version of a standard WordPress installation. Any incompatibilities with third-party themes and plugins are beyond Traitway (www.traitway.com) responsibility.

All products are provided ‘as is’ and in no case is it implied that they will function as expected under any setup or configuration nor with any or all 3rd party plugins or software or server environment.

Moreover, all downloads are copyright to Traitway and CANNOT be resold elsewhere. Doing so violates copyright laws.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Traitway does not warrant that product description or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Traitway will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or the downloadable products purchased through it, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

APPLICABLE LAW

By visiting Traitway, you agree that the laws of the state of Karnataka, India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Traitway or its associates.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Traitway or to products you purchase through www.traitway.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Karnataka, India, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Traitway intellectual property rights, Traitway may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Karnataka, India, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

The Indian Courts award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
